Took my car in for service and got pleasantly surprised. The price was affordable compared to other shops, service was friendly and fast.

My car needed a new battery, found Hi Star on yelp and from the good reviews decided to give them a shot. Called them first thing in the morning, told them what I needed, called me back with a quote, happy and  thrilled with their pricing for a new battery and labor, drove down and they got me right in, and the service was fast and I was out the door. I'd have to say probably the most straight forward, quick and best experience I've had at a mechanic here in vegas, I will no doubt be returning for additional work on my impala. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and to the point, I never felt like I was being taken for a ride. They have very nice calendars you can grab in the waiting room as well. 19 year old kid running through many different body shops with my smashed up "boy racer" car. None of these shops really took me serious and assured me that it would be a total loss. These guys definitely turned my luck around. I met up with Gary and explained how badly I wanted to save it. Basically was pulling his leg throughout the whole process. He worked with me and did my front end conversion like I asked. Because almost half the car would get repainted, I insisted that we might as well paint the whole car a new color. Also got it done!
